Crystal River Preserve State Park was beautiful and inviting but it seem to be tailored to boaters or people who enjoyed fishing. I did find a booklet with trails marked but I could not find our way to any of them. I tried the visitors center but it was closed. I took the time to walk around the preserve and really enjoyed my time there. I just know now that when I return, I will come back with someone on a boat or someone that knows how to navigate the waterways. It is nice to have things to look forward too. I am always up for a trip to Crystal River.
