Letchworth-Love Mounds Archaeological State Park was the last park I visited on a very long day of State Parking in the Panhandle. I am not sure if I gave the park a fair shot or if it was just not the park for me. It was nice enough and had historical significance but my time there was pretty short. I walked around and read the signs along the trail and then spent time staring at Florida’s tallest Native American ceremonial mound stands.
Before you visit, make sure you check out the parks website for all of the up-to-date park information: https://www.floridastateparks.org/parks-and-trails/letchworth-love-mounds-archaeological-state-park
