Florida State Parking
A City Girl’s Exploration of the Great Outdoors
Welcome to Jenna’s Journeys: Florida State Parking, a book years in the making. Really, it’s been a lifetime in the making. This book is made up of three parts.
In Part 1: The Journey Started Years Before It Began, I share shaping moments in my life that led me to Part 2: Filling the Void, where I share what led me to the place I now call home, DeLand, Florida. I share my transformation into becoming the woman I had always dreamed of being, which continues to be ongoing. That all leads to Part 3: Florida State Parking. Here I share my experiences in hopes it will get others out exploring Florida state parks and other fun, outdoor places.
My Florida State Parking journey was not well-thought-out or even planned, like most of my life’s experiences. It began with a series of events that led me to an opportunity for exploration. In thinking about that statement, I would say my life has been made up of a series of events that led me to my Florida State Parking journey.
